	And there is always the walk along the sea front to the Hayling ferry past the South Parade Pier, which caught alight shortly after they had completed the filming of Tommy with the Who. Past the Canoe Lake and the Model Village, and onwards to the Pitch and Put and the Marines Museum.
	You could always consider, and this is a favorite of mine is a cycle ride to the Hayling Ferry and then up the Hayling trail to Langston. This is the old railway line which runs alongside Langston Harbour, a pint at the pubs in Langston and back to the sea front for fish and chips and then cycle back to Southsea.
